Jaskier - The Witcher
Cosplay based on Jaskier's season 2/3 costume from The Witcher, made for Manchester Comic Con 2023.
Costume
I adapted existing patterns for the shirt, waistcoat and trousers and used a pair of old boots as a base for boot covers.

The pattern for the coat was from Etsy, and I added pockets underneath the panels on each side.
Lute
The lute is made from EVA foam using a pattern from Willow Creative. This pattern came with 3D files for the tuning pegs, as well as a texture roller to add a woodgrain effect. The pieces were stuck together with contact glue, primed with Flexi Paint and painted with acrylics. The gold details on the front were cut out of gold vinyl with a Cricut machine and I used cream topstitching thread for the strings.
